Our sacramental service of healing and renewal called Sojourner’s Chapel is at 8:00 am in our Chapel

Each week we will celebrate Holy Communion, and we will share the Biblical practice of healing prayers and the use of anointing oil. Anointing with oil is a symbol of God’s healing presence and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

This service has some unique elements within its 45-minute time frame. The music is both sung and instrumental, with emphasis upon meditation and spiritual refreshment. Silence is also a part of this service – a quiet time to pray, meditate, or feel the presence of the Holy Spirit.

For our congregation and visitors, this service is an opportunity for communion and a place for those times when we may have special prayer needs. The Pastors lead this service and while the order of the service may change, the basic elements remain the same.
